Vintage Ysl 'Les Espagnoles et Les Romantiques' Necklace

This is a gorgeous statement necklace from Yves Saint Laurent 1977 Spring/Summer 'Les Espagnoles et les Romantiques' collection.

It is also a documented piece which featured being worn by Farrah Fawcett in the April 1977 edition of US Vogue. See image.

It is therefore a rare and collectable piece.

It is a gold plated necklace with has three long chains of gold plated medallion/coins.

It has an  'S' hook clasp and carries a YSL signature tag. 

It is in excellent condition overall, however the clasp does show signs of wear. This does not distract from it's wearability.

Looks equally gorgeous over a soft chunky cashmere sweater as it does with a wafting kaftan on a Greek Island!
