Refund policy

All the items we sell in our online Boutique have had previous owners. They are vintage items which usually have been used or worn.

We aim to offer vintage pieces which are in the best possible condition, in most cases in what we consider to be excellent condition. However please bear in mind they are not new and they may show signs of wear or use in line with their age.

Also because each item is unique we give detailed measurements and take care with our descriptions of the item. Please ensure you read the desciptions fully to ensure the item is suitable and check the measurements to ensure the fit is appropriate for you.

Vintage sizes do not equate to modern day sizes and we cannot stress enough how important it is to check measurements and ask if you require further information/details before purchasing.We will always be happy to provide these for you.

For this reason we do not normally accept returns or offer refunds. However should you have any issue with your purchase please do not hesitate to contact us directly as soon as you receive the item. We will endeavour to resolve the matter with you.
