Shipping policy

Our Policy

We only deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom*.

Under normal circumstances we aim to process and post your purchase within 3 working days of receiving your order (excludes Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays).

• Postage and packaging is free for orders totalling  £100 or more. Orders over £100 will be sent using Royal Mail 'Next Day Guaranteed Delivery by 1pm'.  Please visit royalmail.com/specialdelivery for exceptions and restrictions.*

 

• Postage and packaging charge is £5 for orders totalling under £100. Orders under £100 will be sent using Royal Mail ' Tracked 24'. 

 

*This will be in accordance with Royal Mail delivery policies which may vary in exceptional circumstances (eg Currently under COVID  restrictions this is now guaranted delivery by 9pm the next day). Also orders posted on a Friday will be guaranteed delivery by Monday unless it is a Bank Holiday; in which case it will be Tuesday.

Please let us know by contacting us directly if you would like to request us to post on a specific day to make receipt of your purchases more convenient to you.

Please note we will only vary our policy to upgrade delivery options. We will not offer a lesser option as it will not carry delivery safeguards (eg the required postal insurance)
