This is a gorgeous mesh snake bangle/bracelet by Whiting & Davis.
In goldtone metal mesh it coils sinuously around the wrist and flexes to fit your wrist. Dating to around the 1970s it is an original piece (unlike a lot of imitations or unsigned copies that can be found for sale).
The head is beautifully detailed even down to the teeth showing in the slightly open mouth.
