This is a gorgeous sterling silver brooch which we believe dates to the 1990s or possibly earlier.
Classic in style it depicts a magnificent eagle in flight with a fish caught between it's claws.
In solid silver marcasite it is finely crafted with both the eagle and fish having tiny red eyes. The bird feathers and fish scales are beautifully detailed.
The brooch has a pin to the back with a roll safety catch. It is stamped 'SILVER' to the back and is in excellent condition.
