This is a great multicoloured shirt dating to around the 1980s by Italian brand Marella (originally part of the Max Mara brand).
In a vibrant multi coloured print it is made of high quality pure linen. As was typical of the era it is an oversized fit.
It has three quarter length sleeves, a traditional flat collar and curved side splits. The back features a small centre back pleat from the yoke. The sleeves do not have cuffs and can be easily rolled up.
