In gold tone metal it features a textured disc with a geometric open lattice work pattern of rhinestones and diamante in shades of green with half hoops below. Overall creating a 3D almost Art Deco effect to the brooch.
This is a quality brooch dating to pre 2000, probably the 1990s. Surprisingly it doesn't carry a signature.
