This is a delightful vintage necklace. We believe it dates to somewhere between the 1930s to 1960s.
Made in plastic/acrylic it features cherries and strawberries with leaves suspended on a red coloured plastic flat link chain. The cherries are a deep golden yellow and contrast beautifully with the green leaves and strawberries.
The cherry stalks are knotted onto the chain and are made of red plastic cord.The green plastic leaves are veined. The strawberries have little green plastic calyx.
These true vintage pieces are difficult to find and this one is particularly colourful. We think the spring ring clasp is a probably a newer replacement as it is in such good condition.
Guaranteed to be eye catching, this is such a fun piece!
