This is a gorgeous dressing gown and nightdress set by Eileen Marshall dating to around the 1970s/1980s.
The set is an off pale creamy ivory shade in high quality polyester and is trimmed with matching lace.
Nightdress
The nightdress has shoestring straps and the upper bodice has lace edges with a wider cross over lace edge across the bodice front. It is maxi length with a lace panel to one side at the front of the skirt which opens into a split.
There is a draw string waist which can be tightened and tied to fit.
Dressing gown
The matching dressing gown is a wrap style, with lace edging and a fabric belt tie. There are inner ribbon ties to hold the front panel in place before tying closed.
It has wide three quarter sleeves edged in lace.
There is a long matching fabric belt which goes through fabric belt loops at the side of the dressing gown.
The set is in excellent condition and is hand washable.
