The dress is in good vintage condition. Fabric is strong, vibrant and there are no stains/marks. However there is a small tear in the fabric along the placket edge (approximately 1.5 inches) within the front opening fold on the inside below the waist. It is not visible when worn and could easily be repaired. See images.
The original belt is completely intact with minor, era-appropriate aging to the inner stiffener.
