This is a striking ladies shirt/blouse dating to the 1970s.
It features an exaggerated dagger shaped collar, slim fit and a fabulous retro geometric pattern in multi colours.
It is long sleeved with a deep 3.75in cuff with two buttons.
There is a seam at the waistline and the hem is hand finished. This leads me to believe this is a piece that has been shortened from a 1970s shirtwaister style dress to create a shirt. It has been well finished/tailored. A press stud has been added at the waistline where there is not a button nor button hole.

Made in England by the label California with the strap line 'The look you love'. The fabric is a lightweight acrylic which the label says can be hand washed.
It is in excellent condition.
