This is a beautiful rayon satin bed or boudoir jacket in a sumptuous shade of coral.
With short to mid length sleeves and open at the front. It is lace edged around the neckline, front edges and at the sleeves. A narrow matching satin ribbon is threaded through all the lace edges. At the sleeves the ribbon is tied in bows.
The front fastens with matching ribbon ties at the centre.
With a beautiful drape which is designed to fit loosely it's a jacket/top that you could wear in lots of ways, both day or evening.
It is in good vintage condition with some small marks and a little shading to the fabric. However nothing that would distract from it's wearability. See the last three images.
The garment has been carefully hand washed in cold water. It should be noted that there was colour run into the water and therefore it should be washed separately from other garments. Iron on the reverse.
