We would describe it's current shade as a taupe (very wearable neutral and versatile grey\/brown).\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDue to the dying it has a kind of a shaded hue  with a faded patchiness and markings about it which we think adds to its charm. Our price reflects it's condition.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eEntirely handmade it has net lace which has unusual satin stitch padded  'buttons' dots integral to it. The lace crosses over in a 'V' at the front and likewise under the arms at each side.The straps are also the same lace.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt has tiny pitch pleats at the top of the bust and the back panels.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe back fastens with tiny shell buttons hidden behind a placket.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt is in excellent vintage condition.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWe think this would make a lovely lightweight holiday sundress that would go with everything.
